Hotel Acacia is located in a quiet coastal area of northern Sicily, surrounded by greenery and a spacious garden. Guests have access to a private beach, a large swimming pool, spa facilities and various sports activities. The hotel is located close to Cefalu and is well connected to local attractions.
Location
Hotel Acacia is located in the town Campofelice di Roccella on the northern coast of Sicily, about 18 km from Cefalu and about 40 km from Palermo. It is about 85 km from Falcone-Borsellino Airport in Palermo, which can be reached via the A20 motorway. The location is quiet and secluded, and the hotel is close to the motorway exit, allowing easy access to Palermo and other places on the north coast. There are also bus lines that connect the hotel with Cefalù and the surrounding settlements.
General information
Hotel Acacia occupies an area of about 40.000 m² and has 242 air-conditioned rooms, elegantly and modernly furnished. Free Wi-Fi is available in common areas and hotel rooms, but the agency cannot guarantee the speed and strength of the signal. The hotel has a main restaurant with three separate parts, one of which is open, three bars, a spa center and facilities for children.
Beach
The hotel has its own private part of the sandy and pebble beach, about 200 m away, which can be reached through the hotel's gardens. On the beach, 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella are available per room, at a price of €5 per person per day, in the period from 15.6. until 15.9. The surcharge for using towels is €3 per person per day.
In the period before 15.06. and after 15.09. the use of sunbeds and umbrellas is free of charge, and guests receive one beach towel upon arrival, while changing towels is charged €5 per piece.
Accommodation
The hotel has 242 rooms. All rooms are equipped with LCD TV with satellite programs, air conditioning, mini-bar, safe, telephone, bathroom with bathtub or shower and balcony.
Superior rooms they can be two-bed, three-bed or four-bed, and the area of the rooms varies from 14 m² (two-bed) to 20 m² (four-bed). Double rooms can have a double or two single beds, triple rooms can have a third bed or a sofa bed (1,40 m), while four-bed rooms can have a double or two single beds and a sofa bed (1,40 m). The rooms can have a view of the surroundings or the pool. If the price is not defined, the agency cannot guarantee the view.
Deluxe rooms are double rooms and occupy an area of 20 m², with a double bed. They can have a view of the surroundings, the pool or the sea. If the price is not defined, the agency cannot guarantee the view.

Food and drink
Service in the hotel can be based on Bed and breakfast (BB) or half board (HB). Breakfast is continental and English, available from 07:00 to 10:00 on a self-service basis. Dinner is available from 19:30 to 21:30 also on a self-service basis, with a variety of appetizers and main courses, a wide selection of cheeses, fresh fruit, sweets and ice cream.
There are also three bars within the hotel: American Bar "The Globe": air-conditioned bar open from 9:30 to 24:00, with tea, cookies and cocktails with snacks, Piano bar: from 21:00, live music and dance space, Pool Bar: from 10:00 a.m. to 18:00 p.m., drinks, snacks and ice cream by the pool and beach.

The hotel has 3 conference rooms. The conference hall "Chimera", which can accommodate 250 people, is available for the organization of events, conferences and seminars. Also, there is a large multipurpose hall that can accommodate up to 400 people. The Acacia Hotel Spa is located in the hotel's rooftop garden with panoramic views of the surrounding area (opening days depend on weather conditions). The spa center includes a steam bath, a shower with chromotherapy and aromatherapy, a sauna and Kneipp therapy. Various types of massages and yoga classes are also available during the week. The wellness center is open every day with prior reservation, from 10:00 a.m. to 19:00 p.m., and may be closed in case of bad weather. Access is allowed only to guests over 16 years of age.

• The trip is designed for individual travelers, without a guide. Confirmation of the accommodation reservation is awaited for a maximum of 48 hours from the moment of reservation, i.e. payments.
• The travel organizer reserves the right to correct the agreed price before the start of the trip due to a change in the exchange rate or a change in the carrier's tariffs in cases provided for by law.

REMARK: All taxes, including the YQ fuel surcharge, are subject to change and are paid at the agency's offices or to an account in the dinar equivalent at the mid-rate of the NBS before departure. TERMS OF PAYMENT:
• All prices are expressed in euros. Payment is made exclusively in dinar equivalents at the official mid-rate of the NBS on the day of payment.
• For a reservation, an advance payment of at least 50% is required upon registration (in case the reservation is not confirmed within 48 hours, this amount is returned). The remaining amount is paid no later than 15 days before the start of the trip.

METHOD OF PAYMENT:

• Travelers who hold a biometric passport of the Republic of Serbia do not need an entry visa for the countries of the European Union, but it is recommended that they be informed about the conditions for entering these countries via the website https://mfa.rs/lat/gradjani/putovanje-u-inostranstvo/ visas-and-information-about-countries/italy, a especially because of the new entry and registration program for travelers traveling to the EU. - The travel organizer is not responsible in the event that the border authorities prevent passengers from leaving the country or prevent them from entering the territory of the European Union countries, countries in transit or countries outside the EU, due to incorrect documents, committed violations or non-compliance with visa or customs regulations.
• The travel organizer cannot influence the seating arrangement assigned to passengers by the airline and accordingly special requests for specific seats are not possible.
• The YQ tax is included in the price of the arrangement which represents compensation for fuel, in the amount defined by the contract with the airline company. The amount of YQ fees is subject to change and depends on the change in fuel prices in the market. In the event of an increase in fees, the passenger is obliged to make the additional payment before starting the trip.
• Discounts for children accompanied by a minimum of two adults, unless otherwise indicated in the price list.
• The prices of the arrangement are for the market of the Republic of Serbia (travelers with citizenship of the Republic of Serbia) and the immediate region, for travelers from other regions and the EU, hoteliers can apply other prices depending on the market from which the travelers come.
• Extra beds in the rooms in which it is possible to accommodate more than two people, there may also be an armchair or a pull-out sofa with smaller dimensions than a standard bed. In the case of the basic type of room in hotels and accommodation facilities (standard, basic, economy, promo...), especially when a large number of children are staying with two adults, it is not guaranteed that each child will have their own bed, but it is possible that the child/child will share a bed with an adult, and this is indicated when searching the price list on the website, and in case of any doubts, be sure to consult the employees of the agency.
• Hotel category designation is officially established in the program and valid on the day of the conclusion of the contract between the organizer and the foreign partner. Possible subsequent changes that are not known to the organizer cannot be relevant. The number of stars in our hotel offer is based on the official national categorization.
• Rooms in the hotel are assigned by the reception upon arrival. Agency 1 A Travel will forward your requests and wishes, but is not able to guarantee them (floor space, view, bed type, exact location within the hotel complex, etc., distance from the beach, restaurants, etc., if the offer does not accurately and specifically state the type and type of room). Pictures of the rooms in the catalog and on the website are provided for information. Most hotels have several types of rooms, so hotel accommodation does not have to be in the room pictured. Accommodation is in standard (double) rooms, unless otherwise stated.
• All rooms in all hotels and accommodation facilities in Sicily offered by 1 A Travel are air-conditioned. However, the air conditioning system is different and depends on the hotel policy and the season. In some hotels, the rooms are not air-conditioned 24 hours a day. Hoteliers reserve the right to limit air conditioning to a certain number of hours a day, depending on weather conditions. Certain hoteliers charge for the use of air conditioning, and payment is made on the spot.
• A certain number of hotels offer rooms with a sea view at a special price or with an appropriate surcharge. Only in those hotels can 1 A Travel guarantee accommodation in a room with a sea view. In other hotels, such rooms are available upon request and cannot be guaranteed. Rooms that are stated to have a sea view, in most cases have a side view of the sea, not a direct view. Rooms with double bed they exist in most hotels and their availability cannot be guaranteed. A certain number of hotels have part of the rooms in the main building, the other part in the club or annex. If the price list emphasizes the location of the room, then it is guaranteed, if it is not, then it cannot be guaranteed and the "Run of house" rule applies, that is, the reception determines the location of the room according to availability at the time of the guests' arrival.
• Entry into hotel rooms is foreseen is after 15:10 on the first day, and leaving the rooms on the last day no later than XNUMX:XNUMX. Any use of rooms and services in the hotel after the defined time requires additional payments, which are made directly at the hotel reception.

• Transfer time from Palermo Airport (Punta Raisi) to the hotel, it also depends on the number of passengers who have a transfer to different hotels in the same region.
• Every passenger is obliged to have a valid travel document and is obliged to provide the passport number when registering for the trip at the point of sale. Travelers who are not citizens of Serbia are obliged to familiarize themselves with the visa regime of the country they are traveling to. The Agency does not value the validity of the travel document, is not responsible for its validity and is not responsible in the event that the border authorities prevent the passenger from crossing. • Flight times are subject to change depending on the traffic conditions (availability of aircraft at the airline, workload at the Belgrade and destination airports), which can be difficult in the summer season. The flight time is confirmed two days before the trip and the passengers are then informed about it. The time of the return flight is communicated to the passengers by the foreign partner at the destination via a notice board or a written message, usually one day before the return. We ask passengers to check all times at the agency or with a foreign partner no later than 24 hours before the flight. The price of the trip is calculated according to the number of overnight stays. The moment of departure from Belgrade counts as the beginning of the arrangement, and the departure from Sicily as the end of the arrangement. The agency is obliged to perform these take-offs on the days specified in the program. The number of days specified in the program includes the first (day of departure) and the last day (day of return). All departure and return dates are listed in the price list tables. It is not possible to reserve a specific seat on the plane in advance.
• Summer time provided in the travel program is the planned flight time contracted with the airline. In the event that the scheduled departure time is moved by the airline, passengers will be informed in a timely manner. In the event of a change in the scheduled departure time by the airline, as well as in the event of a plane delay (on one or more flights during the trip), 1 A Travel is not responsible for any consequences caused by the delay, but valid regulations and notices in the field of air traffic are applied. In the case of evening and night flights, depending on the availability and permission of the airline, the meal on the plane replaces the meal at the hotel. In the case of a late evening flight and arriving at the hotel after dinner, the first meal is on the plane and most hotels in that case do not serve dinner and do not compensate for the meal on the last day. The content of the All Inclusive service is different from hotel to hotel and guests start using the service from the moment they check in to the hotel, and end with the All Inclusive service when they check out from the hotel, so there is no specific service with which they start and end their stay, because they are included in the All Inclusive concept of the hotel.
• The documentation for the trip can be obtained from the agency or via email upon payment of the complete arrangement. Upon arrival at the airport, check-in, baggage drop-off and passport control are required. In the summer season, due to the crowd at the airport, this takes more time, so we ask passengers to arrive at the airport on time, i.e. 2 hours before the flight.
• Passengers can carry up to 23 kg of checked-in baggage and one bag as hand luggage. Scissors, manicure sets and other sharp metal objects, as well as any kind of liquid, are not allowed in hand luggage, which is prescribed by the rules of order and business of all airlines. The tour operator assumes no responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen luggage. Passengers exercise all their rights in relation to lost or damaged luggage by contacting the carrier or accommodation service provider directly, according to international or domestic regulations and applicable regulations.
• Airline staff have the right to refuse boarding to a pregnant woman at their own discretion. unless she has a medical certificate certifying that she is fit to fly the aircraft. Those certificates have a validity period, so you should pay attention to that both when you leave for the trip and when you return.
• The organizer is not responsible for optional local excursions at the destination, nor for the realization of the same, because they are organized by foreign partners or possibly other local agencies for which the traveler decides.
• The transfer is a group (shuttle) and there is no guide, only the driver or a representative of the partner agency at the airport gives the passenger an envelope with important information and a plan of excursions upon arrival. Minibuses run from the airport to certain places according to the schedule and drop off/pick up passengers.

• The arrangement is based on a minimum of 18 passengers per departure. In case of an insufficient number of sold seats on the regular route of Air Serbia, some emergency situations, the airline and the agency reserve the right to cancel the trip, of which they are obliged to inform the passenger at least 5 days before departure.
• Prices may be adjusted according to the General Conditions of Travel, and in case of changes in the monetary market or changes in carrier tariffs.
