The Trendy Side Beach Hotel is located on a private, sandy beach, about 1km from the historic center of Side, where guests can visit the famous Temple of Apollo, the ancient theater and the picturesque streets of the old town. The hotel was opened in 1994, and last renovated in 2008. It consists of the main building and two annex buildings. It occupies an area of 4.335 m².
The private sandy beach is located directly opposite the hotel, about 50 m away, next to the promenade that stretches for 12 km and leads to the Temple of Apollo. The beach has been awarded the Blue Flag. Deck chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and a beach bar are available to guests.
The hotel has 162 rooms, distributed in the main building and two auxiliary buildings. All rooms are fully equipped and include a bathroom with bathtub or shower, toilet, hairdryer, satellite TV, telephone, central air conditioning (hourly, 24 hours in July and August), mini-bar, safe, kettle with tea and coffee set, bathrobe, slippers and balcony.
